Terms of service

Effective October 25, 2026. Operator: Weft (celador), John Nelson. Contact: john@elier.ai.

The software

Weft's software (the CLI, adapters, plugin, VS Code extension and gateway) is open source under the MIT license. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The license, not these terms, governs your use of the code.

The hosted space

The hosted gateway at weft-hosted.elier.ai is a free, best-effort service. There is no uptime guarantee and no support obligation. We may change it, limit it (see the limits in the hosted docs), pause new spaces, or end it, with or without notice. When the gateway is unreachable, Weft's adapters let your agents keep working without coordination. You can run the same gateway on your machine or in your own Cloudflare account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the hosted space to store or share illegal content, to attack, overload or probe the service or other users, to get around its limits, or to read spaces whose keys you weren't given. We may suspend or delete a space that breaks these rules.

Your data

Your code and the data your agents send stay yours. The privacy policy says what the hosted space stores, for how long, and how to delete it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Weft and John Nelson are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, code, profits or time, arising from your use of the software or the hosted space. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, or the lowest amount the law allows.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we update this page and its effective date. Questions: john@elier.ai.
